Lots of New Stuff

We have a lot of new things going on right now. Let's start with the obvious - new toys from Christmas. Lots and lots of toys!! Christmas was really a lot of fun this year - Grayson was all about Santa Claus and opening all of his presents(and Gib's too). We were able to get together with everyone at Pa Bill's this year at the same time(last year was a blizzard - remember?!) And we had 2 new babies this year - Gibson and Sutton(Russ and Lacey's) so it was really great to get together with all of the great grandkids and Pa Bill loved it too!
Gibson gets to eat new food now. He had his 4 mo check up and everything was great. He has started eating rice cereal which he loves and just this week he started with carrots which was a big hit also. He really picked up fast on eating from a spoon and drinking from a sippee cup. He was 25 1/2"long and weighed 14lbs 6oz. Grayson also went for his 4 yr check up the same day. He passed all his earing/sight tests and kept the dr and the nurse cracking up - he is such not a shy kid!! They both got shots, I think Grayson cried more than Gib did which is unusual b/c normally they don't bother Grayson too bad but when we left he said "momma, I hate shots, let's not plan those anymore!" It was hilarious - he just kept telling me that the rest of the day. Gibson is rolling over and never wants to lay down anymore. He wants so badly to sit up or stand up.

And lastly the biggest new change is where we live. We are in the process of moving back to Duncan. Casey took a job at Halliburton and I am still working in Pauls Valley on mondays and wednesdays. We are trying to sell our house in Norman and meanwhile we are living with mom and dad. I'm pretty sure Grayson thinks he is in heaven. What with all the impromptu fishing trips and not to mention the cinnamon rolls from Grandma that show up periodically. It's not too bad. But a few more months of not having all my stuff and I might have a different opinion! We just decided we wanted to be closer to our families and we came to Duncan every weekend for something anyways and packing up and leaving home every weekend was getting old. Grayson is going to preschool at the Methodist Church and he really loves it. He also gets to play with his cousins every wednesday and he is really liking that too. He was still too young for Spring soccer so I guess he is going to wrestle. I'm not too sure he is ready for that but Casey seems to think he is so I guess we'll find out. It's been so long since I've updated this thing I'm sure I'm leaving something out but oh well - it must not be too important then.
